COVID-19 Food Outreaches are Saving Lives in Kenya: In Kenya the government keeps extending lockdowns. While this nation have apparently been spared so far from the high infection rates and death tolls seen in other nations, the harsh measures taken by the national government are themselves a serious threat to many of the people's lives. The poor are the most grievously affected by the lockdown, and with no work, no savings and no food reserves, many are facing starvation.
Since the lockdowns started in March ICII has been providing food for poor families and individuals under our ministry, and others who are lacking food. Your love, prayers and generous giving for this project have been making an enormous difference in the lives of many families and others suffering hardship during these difficult times.
